Nickel & Chrome Plating

We provide high-quality nickel and chrome plating services for carbon steel, stainless steel, and brass components. Depending on customer requirements and surface condition, parts can be processed with or without polishing.

Non-polished parts are transferred directly to the automatic plating line after incoming quality inspection. Polished parts undergo polishing and polishing inspection before entering the plating process. All technical drawings, forming, and design responsibilities belong to the customer.

Approximately 85% of our production capacity is dedicated to the automotive industry. Our fully automatic plating facility includes four different pre-cleaning processes to ensure optimal surface preparation prior to plating.

Plating is carried out using Trivalent Chrome (Cr³⁺) and Hexavalent Chrome (Cr⁶⁺) options to deliver high performance, durability, and consistent quality. Upon request, nickel-only plating services are also available.

Our plating lines operate under computer-controlled systems, with full process traceability and archived parameters to ensure long-term quality stability.

We specialize in plating serial-production parts with standardized dimensions, including headrest rods, armrest components, seat belt buckles, sheet metal connection parts, furniture components, and bathroom accessories.

All equipment and plating fixtures are maintained regularly through a structured planned maintenance program. Chemical and process analyses are performed by our expert engineers in both external laboratories and our in-house laboratory, ensuring process reliability and consistency.

For new projects and special components, we offer sample production, feasibility studies, capacity evaluations, and qualification processes. Approved projects are seamlessly integrated into our serial production system.
